Where to find:	You will need the submarine and the Warp Spell or Item! Cast Warp for 8MP and return to Parcelyte. Go underwater and look for a hole in the seabed. Now move around until you've reached one of the whirlpools; some contain Fruits and one of them will lead you to Zeppy.
Master Evolution	Revert to Third form and feed a Flame Fruit
